The Pokémon Center version has the same, but with the addition of an exclusive stamped version of Nidorina and more packs - usually 11 packs. Yes. While it’s not as full of packs as the 30th Celebration UPCs, it does offer plenty of packs and a neat promo - one that’s even more exclusive, if you manage to score the Pokémon Center version.
